When will my order ship?

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders or any items we have to make will take time to craft and be sure items are ready to ship.
Custom Resin Pieces can take 7 to 14 business days once your design details are confirmed.
How do I submit my custom details?

What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted and custom natureof our products, all sales are final.If an itenm arrives damaged,please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. All orders ship via USPS, and you will recieve a tracking number as soon as your label is created.
Do you have local pickup?
If you choose local pickup It is only on the weekends must message me in advance.
No I don't do delivery. But I do ship to all 50 states.
